  • Will I be charged immediately after the free trial?

    No, since you don't need to register a card before payment, no automatic charges will occur after the free trial ends.

    If you decide to continue using EPI after the free trial, you can register a card and proceed with the payment.

  • Are there any discounts available?

    Yes, NGOs and non-profit organizations can receive a 20% discount on the usage fee. However, this does not apply to government or public institutions. After applying through our application form, please provide the required documents (such as a business registration certificate or unique identification number), and we will assist you after verification.

    For centers with more than 10 members, additional discounts are available. Please contact us for details.

  • Is there a limit on the number of clients?

    For the Individual plan, you can manage up to 1,000 clients at the same rate.
    If you have more than 1,000 clients, you will need to switch to the Center plan.

  • Our center has multiple branches. How does the pricing work?
