Definitions and Interpretation
The term "Site" refers to the virtual business space established by the Company using computers and other information communication devices to provide services to users.
"User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Site and receive services according to these terms.
"Member" refers to a user who has registered as a member of the Site and can continuously use the services provided by the Site.
Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms
The Site may amend these terms and conditions. In such cases, the Site will post a notice of the changes, the reasons for amendment, and the effective date of the revised terms at least seven days prior to their implementation.
If the user does not agree to the revised terms, they may terminate their service usage contract according to these terms. If the user continues to use the service after the implementation of the revised terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Membership Registration
Users may apply for membership by filling out the required information in the registration form and agreeing to these terms.
Unless the applicant falls under one of the following categories, the Site will approve the membership registration:
1. The applicant has previously lost their membership status.
2. The registration contains false, omitted, or erroneous information.
3. Technical difficulties prevent the Site from registering the user as a member.
Payment of Service Fees
Users may apply for the paid service. Service fees are charged according to the selected plan and must be paid in advance. If there are unpaid amounts, the service may be restricted. In the event the user's payment method fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds), the responsibility for the unpaid balance lies with the user, and the Site will attempt to charge the fee when the payment method is updated. This may result in changes to the start date and billing cycle for subsequent services.
Cancellations and Termination
Paid users can request a refund within 7 days from the payment date, provided they have not used the paid service or pass. Refund requests beyond this period or those falling under legal restrictions (e.g., related to the Consumer Protection Act, Content Industry Promotion Law, etc.) may be denied.
Users can cancel their pass at any time, but no refunds or credits will be given for unused periods. To cancel a pass, navigate to the "My Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions.
Provision and Modification of Services
The Site may change the content or date of provision of goods or services due to reasons such as out-of-stock items or changes in technical specifications. In such cases, the Site will immediately notify users via the contact information provided. The Company will compensate users for damages caused by these changes unless the Company can prove that there was no intentional wrongdoing or negligence.
Service Interruption, Compensation, and Usage
The Site may temporarily suspend services for reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of communication facilities. The Site will compensate users or third parties for damages caused by such interruptions unless the Site proves it was not intentional or negligent.
All intellectual property rights related to the service are owned by the Company. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the service or software without the Company's prior consent.
In cases where users violate relevant laws, these terms, or the Company's policies, the Company may investigate or temporarily or permanently restrict the user's access to the service.
Notification
The Site may notify members via their registered email address. In cases of notifications to a large number of users, the Site may substitute individual notices by posting on the Site for at least one week.
Personal Information
The service collects personal information to the extent necessary for service provision. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy. Users must immediately notify the Site if their ID or password is stolen or misused by a third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The service, these terms, and all related activities are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
By accessing the service from outside Korea, users accept full responsibility for complying with local laws.
Effective Date
These terms and conditions take effect on October 1, 2024.
