Multiple layers of encryption are used to protect data during electronic storage or transmission.
The main security principles applied by EPI are as follows

No one, including Initcare Inc, can access the password.

A single account cannot be accessed by multiple users simultaneously.

EPI supports multi-level user access controls, allowing you to grant full or partial access when inviting team members.

Sensitive personal information, such as counseling notes, is kept private, and even the administrator cannot view any data marked as private.

When downloading files, a password must be set for the file. Permissions for file downloads can be assigned, and administrators can review download history within the center.

Additionally, we implement access control, network protection, endpoint protection, risk management, and disaster recovery procedures.

To prevent external hacking, Initcare Inc. works with third-party security firms to evaluate the software using an unbiased approach.

For centers or companies, more detailed security settings are available, such as restricting access to specific IP addresses, allowing complete blockage of external access.
EPI’s data is used solely to enhance the efficiency of our services for clients and is never shared with other companies.
